It is officially the worst hotel I ever had to stay in. The Hotel was horrible and the photos on the Booked.net website are not of this hotel. I don't know from where they were taken from. The air-conditioner did not work, they gave us a fan after our complaint. The room was tiny and not clean! The room was really dirty, we were disgusted by it. The room was cleaned only after two days, and after asking to clean it. And they charged us extra 25 Euro after two days for an 'upgrade' which as they previously promised for free! We had two kids and it was a peak season and all hotels were booked, so they decided that they can do whatever they want. We requested a non-smoking room, however everybody (including staff) smoked on the corridor despite the sign "smoking not allowed". And the smoke easily entered our room and it was unbearable.
room and bathroom were dirty. only good thing about breakfast was the view of the blue mosque...
You pay for Wi-Fi and the Internet is terrible. It is not clean and the staff was not helpful for fixing the Internet.
Staff was quite nice and helpful. Located very near from tramway station, Blue mosquee and St. Sophia.
Close to tourist area cheap shuttle back to the airport
Far from the night lively area noisy during the day (mosque and music) cleaning was not their forte...
Location is wonderful but not good for long stay.. For a couple of days, it is good to stay...
Air conditioner wasn't work , there was a vantilator, it was enough, one day i stayed and hadn't problem..
Staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good and the view from the roof- restaurant was beautiful. The receptionists were very helpful. It was located in front of the Sultenahmet Tram stop.
Bathroom tiles needed a thorough cleaning, there was a constant leak/dripping of water from the ceiling.
We came to the hotel at 14:30, but our room was not ready. So we went to have a lunch, when we came back at 15:30 it was still not ready. We had to wait for 30 minutes more. And they asked us to pay right away. Whenwe finally got the key and entered the room, we were shocked. We never saw the room dirty like that. I couldn't even enter the bathroom. It looked like 100 yeras old bath, very small, towels were dirty. Bed was too small for two people, and sheet was old and dirty. When we asked for another room, our door has stuck and we couldn't open it. So at that moment we decided to change the hotel. And I can recommend you "Noahs Ark" hotel, just 10euro more expensive, but it is so clean and nice. Never stay at this palace!
excellent location. Next to almost all the place of interesting. Good staff, reseasonable price.
all the facilities in the room belongs to 1980's
Superb position, with terrace restaurant high above the city, with a view direct across to the Blue Mosque. The tram stop is right outside, with easy access to all the city sights.
Cleaning was hit and miss, but once pointed out, the staff remedied the defects
The view towards the Blue Mosque was excellent.
Rooms were disgusting especially the bathrooms, plug sockets hanging off the wall, stained bed sheets, hairdryer broken. Not recommended.
The location of the hotel was excellent. It was just back side of the Sultanahmet tram station. But it was not so clean. If you are looking for a cheap hotel with excellent location, it is a very good choice. But if you are sensitive with hygiene and cleanliness, I would suggest to find another hotel.
Very well located hotel with great hospitality. The breakfast was delicious. We will beome regulars of this hotel.
Best location with the best stuffs.during the night Blue Mosque's lights were fantastic.
very bad and rude staff. very bad things , very dirty, very noise, very bad!!
