I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the heart of the old town, just steps away from the Sultan Ahmed tram station. The location was absolutely unbeatable, offering easy access to all the sights and attractions. Additionally, my room had a fantastic view of the iconic Sultanahmet Mosque, providing a truly memorable experience. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast served every morning, with a stunning backdrop of the Blue Mosque.

    No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

    Only location

It is officially the worst hotel I ever had to stay in. The Hotel was horrible and the photos on the Booked.net website are not of this hotel. I don't know from where they were taken from. The air-conditioner did not work, they gave us a fan after our complaint. The room was tiny and not clean! The room was really dirty, we were disgusted by it. The room was cleaned only after two days, and after asking to clean it. And they charged us extra 25 Euro after two days for an 'upgrade' which as they previously promised for free! We had two kids and it was a peak season and all hotels were booked, so they decided that they can do whatever they want. We requested a non-smoking room, however everybody (including staff) smoked on the corridor despite the sign "smoking not allowed". And the smoke easily entered our room and it was unbearable.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, just steps away from the Sultanahmet tram station and in close proximity to all the tourist attractions. the room was cozy and comfortable with beautiful views of the surrounding area. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The breakfast wasn't up to par with limited refills and options to choose from.

Location is wonderful but not good for long stay.. For a couple of days, it is good to stay...

Air conditioner wasn't work , there was a vantilator, it was enough, one day i stayed and hadn't problem..

Close to tourist area cheap shuttle back to the airport

Far from the night lively area noisy during the day (mosque and music) cleaning was not their forte...

Staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good and the view from the roof- restaurant was beautiful. The receptionists were very helpful. It was located in front of the Sultenahmet Tram stop.

Bathroom tiles needed a thorough cleaning, there was a constant leak/dripping of water from the ceiling.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the two complimentary bottles of water that were provided in my room and the free breakfast that was offered every morning. The hotel was in a prime location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One thing I appreciated was that the hotel had a rooftop terrace, which offered a great view of the city.

My stay was overshadowed by the state of my room. The room appeared to not have been cleaned thoroughly and there were stains on the sheets.

The view from my room was breathtaking. I could see the historic mosque from my window, reminding me of the rich cultural heritage. The location was a game-changer for me, being just a few steps away from the tram station. The hotel also offered a great breakfast, which gave me a healthy start to my day.

The hotel could have been better in certain aspects. Firstly, the room did not have drinking water, and it would have been convenient to have it. Another concern was the bugs in the room, which made me uncomfortable. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more comfortable.

We came to the hotel at 14:30, but our room was not ready. So we went to have a lunch, when we came back at 15:30 it was still not ready. We had to wait for 30 minutes more. And they asked us to pay right away. Whenwe finally got the key and entered the room, we were shocked. We never saw the room dirty like that. I couldn't even enter the bathroom. It looked like 100 yeras old bath, very small, towels were dirty. Bed was too small for two people, and sheet was old and dirty. When we asked for another room, our door has stuck and we couldn't open it. So at that moment we decided to change the hotel. And I can recommend you "Noahs Ark" hotel, just 10euro more expensive, but it is so clean and nice. Never stay at this palace!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect! It was only a few minutes' walk to all major tourist attractions, making it extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We really loved the cleanliness of the hotel and were impressed with the range of facilities that were available to us, including efficient transportation and breakfast.

    Nothing at all.

Superb position, with terrace restaurant high above the city, with a view direct across to the Blue Mosque. The tram stop is right outside, with easy access to all the city sights.

Cleaning was hit and miss, but once pointed out, the staff remedied the defects
